Delivering process
۞ Products will be delivering via Pos Laju services immediately after the payment was inserted into our banking account or money order / bank draft / check was cleared.
۞ Suspicious transaction will slow down the delivering process.
Return Policy
If you receive the damaged product, you are entitled to a full refund of your product purchase price (excluding your shipping fees). If you have not used or opened the product(s), please return them to Izie Herb Enterprise within 7 days of the original purchase date, together with a short note stating what you are returning, why it is being returned, your details and your banking informations. Payments will be inserted online to your CIMB, Maybank or Public Bank.
